If you don't have Photoshop or another Photo Editing type of software, then Canva is a great FREE option! You are able to create social media graphics adding text, shapes, etc. to your images. There are also free images that can be accessed or you can pull in your own.

There are graphics and illustrations and shapes and even ads that are mostly done that can be purchased, but there are many, many options that are completely free to use! You'll see the options on the side (i.e. the image below) and you can see the ones that cost a dollar or are free:
